Editorial decisions are made on the basis of a manuscript's scientific merit, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and peer-review recommendations. The publisher provides administrative, technical, and publishing support but does not interfere with editorial decisions regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection.
Commercial considerations, institutional affiliations, and collaborative relationships do not determine editorial outcomes. All manuscripts are handled in accordance with the journal's editorial policies and publication ethics standards.
