Penerapan Skrining PRISAT (Productivity Risk Self-Assessment Tool) dalam Pendidikan Gizi di MTs Al Washliyah 19 Percut

Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) merupakan penyebab kematian global utama, sehingga memerlukan strategi pencegahan yang efektif melalui deteksi dini dan edukasi gizi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi di kalangan guru dan siswa di MTs Al Washliyah 19 Percut sekaligus memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam deteksi dini risiko PTM menggunakan Productivity Risk Self-Assessment Tool (PRISAT). Selama lima bulan, program ini menerapkan edukasi gizi berbasis sekolah yang berkelanjutan melalui sesi interaktif, evaluasi pretest-posttest, dan penyediaan alat penilaian status gizi dan kesehatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan guru dan siswa tentang gizi seimbang (p<0,05). Pelatihan PRISAT yang berfokus pada guru berhasil membekali guru dengan keterampilan untuk melakukan penilaian risiko dini serta pemantauan status gizi dan kesehatan secara mandiri. PRISAT terbukti menjadi alat yang efektif dan dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko PTM dan mempromosikan perilaku makan yang lebih sehat. Program ini menawarkan model yang dapat direplikasi untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan gizi terstruktur dengan pelatihan praktis, dengan menekankan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan dampak jangka panjangnya.
