Jurnal Keperawatan Profesional (KEPO) is a peer-reviewed journal. KEPO was initially published by LPPM Akper Yapenas 21 Maros from 2020 to 2021, and later transitioned its publisher to CV. Sarana Ilmu Indonesia (salnesia) starting from early 2022 to the present. KEPO focuses on various issues in the field of nursing science. The first print edition was published offline in November 2016, and it is published biannually in May and November. Throughout its publication history, KEPO published up to Vol. 3 No. 1 May 2018 in print version; however, it encountered operational challenges that prevented the subsequent two volumes from being published. Consequently, KEPO officially launched its inaugural electronic version starting with Vol. 1 No. 1 November 2020, utilizing the Open Journal Systems (OJS) Version 3.
